Diagnosis

Female gaster elongate, final tergite 2.3X as long as width at base, dark with first, last and apical one-half of second-last tergite white; anterior one-half of midlobe of mesoscutum brown, posterior one-half of midlobe and sidelobes whitish; scutellum dark brown with metallic tinges; fore wing with speculum open below.
